I’m Casey.

My work is rooted in the wisdom of cyclicality. I see every aspect of life, from food and creativity to emotion, work, and rest, as part of a living rhythm. Whether you bleed or love someone who does, I invite you into deeper relationship with the body’s natural cycles— to listen, honor, grieve, and celebrate the ever-changing seasons within.

I guide women and cyclical beings in remembering the sacred intelligence of their bodies through menstrual cycle embodiment coaching, rites of passage rituals, and Red Tent gatherings.

1:1 Mentorship for Cyclical Joy

A 3–9 month mentorship for cyclical beings ready to reconnect with their inner rhythm. We weave ritual, body awareness, and cycle education to create a new perspective and harmonize the physical, emotional, and energetic landscapes.

  • This is for Women & cyclical beings who want to build a deeper relationship with their body, emotions, and menstrual rhythm—whether you’re bleeding, on birth control, or in a transitional phase.
