I’m Casey.
My work is rooted in the wisdom of cyclicality. I see every aspect of life, from food and creativity to emotion, work, and rest, as part of a living rhythm. Whether you bleed or love someone who does, I invite you into deeper relationship with the body’s natural cycles— to listen, honor, grieve, and celebrate the ever-changing seasons within.
I guide women and cyclical beings in remembering the sacred intelligence of their bodies through menstrual cycle embodiment coaching, rites of passage rituals, and Red Tent gatherings.

A 3–9 month mentorship for cyclical beings ready to reconnect with their inner rhythms. We weave cycle education, body awareness, and ritual to create new perspectives and harmonize your physical, emotional & energetic landscapes.

This is for Women & cyclical beings who want to build a deeper relationship with their body, emotions, and menstrual rhythm—whether you’re bleeding, on birth control, or in a transitional phase.
You will receive: Weekly/biweekly sessions, rituals + cycle education, integration tools and ongoing support.

Lymphatic Breast Massage
Receive cycle-wise body care
A deeply nurturing hands-on session supporting circulation, energetic and emotional release, lymphatic & breast health.

Using lymphatic techniques and intuitive touch, this treatment helps clear stagnation, reduce tenderness or swelling, and invite softness and flow back into the breast, heart and emotional body.
